Returns and Replacement Policy

Damage, Colour variations Details:

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We request you to make allowance for such variation in colour of the products as displayed on the website.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in colour as seen on the website as against the actual colour of the product received.

The colours red, maroon and orange colours have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colours. There may be certain variations between the product of such colours as seen on website and actual product.

The colours green and blue at times may overlap. Same in the case with off-white, white and cream colours.

Sea Green colour sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.

 

Please note that the weaving sophisticated designs by nature have unfinished threads and uneven in woven fabric and it doesn’t come under damage and is not replaceable and refunded.


Returns:

a)    If product is found defective, once you receive from the courier.
b)    If product is damaged during the shipping – note please don’t accept the courier, if you find the courier is been damaged, tampered or opened.
c)    If products are missing.
d)    If the wrong products are sent.


Refund:

In very rare cases you are eligible for a refund, as we work on made-to-order basis. If the product is damaged or in similar circumstance, you are only eligible for replacement.

Refunds are given when:
- We cannot provide a replacement.

Replacement – Replacements is an action or a process of replacing something in the place of another.

a)    If the buyer wish to replace the existing product due to defective, damaged, missing, wrong product.
b)    The company will scrutinize the case and make a prominent and honest decision to solve the case as per the policy and the proof.

For the returns/replacement, the buyer have to raise the request within 2 days from the date you have received the product from the courier partner.

Buyers should send an email to support@srestha.co addressing the reason for the returns, order Id and attach the appropriate images for the processing on your request.
